I've been a Metro customer since 2009. I will tell you now, Store 16 off of Walnut in Dallas is the ONLY store I have had a great 5-star experience with! I have come close to dropping the service, but my last experience with Jason has restored my faith is restored. Metro needs more employees that follow Jason's M.O. for customer service!

6:50 pm I arrive and they tell me that it is closed for Easter I went one meter further and everyone closes at 8 am I always have problems with this store for everything they denied me 3 phones I went for the Internet at home they also denied it, bad service
