The team helps with phones, including fixing issues and recovering information, and provides 5G phones from brands like Apple and Samsung. The service makes customers feel comfortable and is highly recommended.

Andy is very helpful and nice. I went in and purchased and set up my phone plan same day. He is trilingual and very nice and informative of the process and procedures. 10/10 would recommend this metro store!

What a wonderful place! I got the iPhone deal that their promotion department originally shared with me...and agents were so helpful. I'm going back. I visited other Metro PCS stores and got different prices for different reasons for the same phone. Glad I continued looking...
