Minute Suites offers a comfortable and convenient escape within airports, providing a range of services to travelers. One of the standout features is the free room available for pumping mothers, which offers a quiet, clean space with a comfy couch, away from airport chaos. Staff are friendly and helpful, making the process simple—just a quick mention at the counter and providing a driver’s license and credit card. This thoughtful gesture is highly appreciated by travelers needing a private space to pump.
The suites are always clean and well-maintained, making them a good option for resting, showering, or just taking a break. When flights are delayed, canceled, or there is a long wait, these rooms serve as safe havens. Travelers can find a quiet, secure place to sleep, shower, or rest comfortably, often for a fee around $48, which includes the option to lie down and relax. Towels, soap, and even electric heaters are provided when needed.
While it can be slightly inconvenient to leave the gate area to access toilets or showers, the convenience of having a private room nearby makes it worthwhile. Discounts are available for certain groups like first responders and military personnel. Overall, Minute Suites is seen as a helpful, clean, and safe place that offers much-needed comfort and privacy in busy airports, especially during delays or disruptions.
Landed from a 13Hr flight and still have two more flights to go. The shower service was really worth it and I would definitely book them again in the future

I good choice if your flight gets messed up last minute. Better option to leaving the terminal and having to go through security again, or having to lay on the floor in the terminal.

I wish I was able to adjust the thermostat, it was blowing cold air all night. If I was able to lessen the air flow or warmed it up a bit, it would’ve been perfect given the circumstances.
