Lived there for a year. Out of date. I guess everyone these days finds a reason to take your money and not spend their own. Don’t expect to get any money back when you move even if you clean.

I have lived here for almost two years and I love it. Very quiet...Lot's of families, dogs and trees...walking distance to fun restaurants. Well maintained by a very friendly team. Close to the lake!

Worst place I’ve ever lived. My unit had repeated flooding and a moldy odor, and I discovered that the previous tenant had black mold, which they apparently did not properly remediate. I had health issues that began about a month into my time living there. I did a mold test and detected mold, and had to pester them for months to address it, and their response was to refer to the ‘mold addendum’ they make you sign when you move in, basically stating mold is a part of every day life, who’s to say if it causes any medical issues, and you can prevent mold by cleaning properly. Never mind the repeated flooding, the evidence of black mold which I know they did not properly remediate (I have photos), and the lab test that showed current mold. They finally got a mold inspector out to my unit after legal pressure, and falsely claimed there was no mold, when the report they provided shows that there was mold. My duplex neighbor detected mold in their unit and developed health issues as well. Other neighbors have told me about mold impacting health in their units, major foundation issues, A/C issues not getting properly fixed, and gas ovens turning on spontaneously.Maintenance is completely incompetent, and the leasing office is petty and unprofessional. Don’t let the outward appearance fool you. I loved my neighbors and the quiet neighborhood, but the impact to my health and well being was not worth it.*Updating with photos of black mold from previous tenant

I love living here at Monopoly Place have lived here since 2012 . Manager is awesome, leasing agent super efficient and maintenance staff always prompt with repairs . I’m grateful to be a part of this community

We have lived at Monopoly Place for 6 years now. Since day one, the property management has been exceptional! They mow and trim trees and bushes in front yards, so the community always looks great. Any time I've called for maintenance, they respond & repair same day or next day. They do inspections on each unit twice a year, which makes me feel comfortable that things are being taken care of. The leasing staff are so friendly and helpful, and all residents receive balloons for their birthdays as well as a Christmas gift each year! The neighborhood is extremely quiet, and only a few blocks from White Rock Lake. We love it here, and hope to live here for many more years!

Love the location, but the leasing office is about as unprofessional as they come. Always keep a copy of your signed lease, but don't expect the management company to honor the terms that they agreed to. Christy and Lisa both need to learn to read the agreements they signed.

By far the best place I have ever rented! The prices are fantastic and you get a backyard and garage! The staff and management are wonderful and jump all over any issue right away. The area is quiet and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, drug stores, a grocery store. This is where you want to live!

Great place to live. There is a great sense of community here. The trails around White Rock Lake are less than a mile away.The management staff and maintenance team are very professional and friendly. I’ve been here three years now and every request has been handled promptly.

A place to call home! Great staff, amazing neighbors and a fabulous location. I've lived here for well over a year and have no complaints. Leasing staff is the best and has been friendly from day one... I was greeted with a well thought out welcome gift, filled with everything you didn't know you needed on moving day. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and guys are super nice and respectful. The neighborhood itself is more of a community, neighbors are friends and look out for one another. I love the location, it's nestled back in a horseshoe shape and very quiet and quaint! Also, very pet friendly!

We are thrilled with this neighborhood and upkeep of the lovely monopoly duplexes! It’s super pet friendly, maintenance and leasing staff are awesome, and in a safe +friendly neighborhood. All the neighbors are so nice in this cozy residential community. We are really happy here!
