I have lived here for almost two years and I love it. Very quiet...Lot's of families, dogs and trees...walking distance to fun restaurants. Well maintained by a very friendly team. Close to the lake!

I love living here at Monopoly Place have lived here since 2012 . Manager is awesome, leasing agent super efficient and maintenance staff always prompt with repairs . I’m grateful to be a part of this community

From Monopoly Place Duplexes
Monopoly Place Duplexes has been family owned and managed since 1984. In this over thirty year period, we have put most of the rental income and all of our energy into the property… Beginning with 7 duplexes, we have expanded a couple homes at a time, lovingly restoring them and leasing them to people who would help us build a friendly community. It’s been like a l-o-o-o-ng Monopoly game! Now with 142 duplexes in one neighborhood we have on-site management and 24 hr. emergency maintenance. We even mow the front yard. Come live in a neighborhood you will be proud to call home!
