If I could give 0 stars I would. I hate to leave a bad review here because the products are actually pretty quality. But I ordered a bag in a certain color and they sent me the wrong color. No big deal, they told me to do an exchange. When I did the exchange they received my shipment in 2 days. They never sent the new color. I contact this company via email and phone and it seems to always be the same woman and she never helps. I waited weeks for the new order to be shipped and when it finally wasn't, I asked for a full refund and I will just do a brand new order. They told me I would get refunded in 24hrs and did not. They sent me a coupon code for half of what I paid for the item back to their store. As far as the "new order" I made, they sent me a tracking info a week ago and it is still not picked up from the carrier. Now I have been charged twice with them and not one item received!!! This has been disputed on my cc and I hope it gets figured out soon, this has been going on since Aug and it is now almost Oct.

They used to be great to work with. Now they are pitiful. They don't care if they have your business or not. We were trying to get the status of an order. They kept telling us that the warehouse has to get back to them because they have no phone. I'd be firing whoever set up that poor line communication. We have been told they would call us back multiple times. No call backs. This has gone on for 3 days. They started to get rude with us. We finally cancelled the
order and got it from another supplier.

Made a request for a return (they sent wrong item)on 4-6-2024. I have still not heard anything back from them. They sure took the money out of the bank. Poor customer service.

I have ordered from them twice and had my order within a few days. The first order was rather large as I sell these in my boutique. I am excited to go up there today. I’m so lucky to live close by so I can buy more merchandise rather than giving that money for shipping.

This company is horrible. Customer service is even worse.I bought 2 pair of moccasin's for a christmas gift, received them right after thanksgiving & christmas came put the first pair on & didn't wear them 3 hours & they fell apart.I emailed a request for a return twice now with no response or my money back. Will not be ordering from them again, better off going to a western store.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I received my item and it was the wrong one. I returned it and sent the tracking information to the email like it asked, and they kept saying "we have requested for an exchange" Like what????? Requested?? I am a paying customer and I should have immediately been sent the correct item as soon as I shipped it back. I have called over 10 times asking for updated information and they could give me no information other than they have requested for an exchange. THEN they were going to charge me a restocking fee of 10% for something THEY did wrong!! This is absolute BULLSHIT and I will never buy from them again. It's been almost a month and still no item, no tracking number, and no refund. I paid a lot of money for a bag!!!
