I only have one complaint. I have been coming to this hotel for years. Every time I come to Dallas, I stay here, but since they changed the women at the reception, everything changed. There is a young man who is very rude when serving and always charges more for one night, I have even paid more than 100 for one night without including the deposit

Room was ok for the price. They do not have coffee or coffee makers in the room.

Rooms: The room smelled bad. The bed sheets were dirty and they had hair on the pillow case.

I only thought motels this bad existed in the movies. Only stay here if the nearby underpass homeless encampment is booked up.
The room was filled with flies, smelled like a combination of wet dogs and cigarettes, there were hairs and dirt on just about every surface, and the linens had burn holes in them. The staff wouldn't even open the office door to check me in, presumably due to the shadiness of the neighborhood, they used a tiny little check-in window presumably with bulletproof glass.

This location was very clean and well kept outside, in the lobby, and in the room. Cold crisp air conditioning as well and convenient parking. I stay in motel 6's all over the country and its a gamble, some are much better than others, and this is one of the good ones.

The cleanliness of the room leaves a lot to be desired. The bathroom had traces of the previous user. Otherwise it meets moderately with respect to its price-quality ratio.

Requested a bottom floor room for a week stay (I have a broken foot and a 14 yr old fog with arthritis)
I was told they couldn't tell me which room to book to ensure I was on the bottom floor.
Pretty horrible way to treat a paying customer

They are a predatory service, this hotel lacks customer service. We came at 5am and the kicked us out at 11:30 even when we paid for a nightly stay, proceeded to call the police and when the police didn’t see us be violent, he left, so rude and racist. Un accommodating to the folks suffering from the Dallas floods and cancelled flights. So rude. Don’t come here the cheap price isn’t worth the harassment and predatory charges

I was giving a room key that someone else was in the room I was supposed to be in. My bed when I woke up had roaches as well as one that crawled into my bag. This has been a terrible experience. I don't recommend anyone stay here. The staff dismissed my cause for my own safety when it came to the room suition about the already occupied room.
Rooms: The room had a leftover bottle in the freezer. The sheets has some stains and a few cobwebs around the room.

Horrible horrible horrible. The people that work here are scammers and liars. Do not recommend to anyone. They cannot even do basic math. Tried to make my friend and I pay for 2 separate rooms if we wanted to check in.

I thought cause a friend was staying with my IDC about anything. Well they canceled and I second thought this with reviews and other ppl saying it's not the best area. I said screw it. Check in went well but a lady was in front of me she was given a replacement key and the room said loudly. Red flag! I got my room checked I'm it was clean. I set up my security and passed out. I will say in the morning I found some let behind stuff in the shower so it was probably a quick wipe down. I don't know why the the toilets are always running at the motel 6 ! Other that thst minor annoyance I'd recommend it.
