Came to Dallas to see Foreigner and Lynyrd Skynyrd. I had registered for the room early. When I got to Dallas I was met by the person at the counter. He verified who I was and was able to change my reservation to a 1st floor, non-smoking room vice what I had.

I did a walk in and was told no rooms were available, l called through the reservation and there were rooms available. Price was way to high for this location.

Had to Uber from the airport because the hotel does NOT provide a shuttle, even though all booking sites show an Airport Shuttle. Arrived well after check in time and still had to wait 30-40 minutes while room was being cleaned. Cheap and convenient but not worth the hassle.
