Motion Automotive is a local auto repair shop dedicated to providing reliable services to keep cars maintained and safe. They offer a range of services, including oil changes, windshield wiper replacements, air conditioning recharging, and more complex repairs involving mechanics, electrical systems, brakes, and tires. Customers have praised the shop for its speedy service, competitive pricing, and the friendly attitude of the staff. Many appreciate the honest approach of the technicians, noting significant savings compared to other shops, with one customer highlighting a previous quote of $450 that was reduced to half the price at Motion Automotive. The facility is described as clean and well-organized, with personnel who are both personable and professional. However, there are mixed reviews regarding the thoroughness of some diagnostics. One customer expressed dissatisfaction with a leak diagnosis, stating that a pressure test should have been conducted to identify an internal water pump leak. Despite this, many recommend Motion Automotive for their overall quality of work and quick response times, making it a preferred choice for car care in the community.
I just called them to inquire about dropping my truck off for a full diagnostic check but rather than just scheduling me, he asked probing questions and actually gave me an alternative to try as a solution to my fuel consumption issue rather than immediately bringing it in. They are real ones over there!
