I rented a car from National from 10/07/2023 to 10/13/2023 using my corporate account. On the pickup day, no one was present at the National counter at Orlando airport. It took me 45 minutes to realize I just needed to pick a car and drive out. However, the lady responsible for my paperwork made an error, and there was no car attached to my rental contract. Two days later, the manager emailed me, requesting pictures of the VIN and key tag to rectify the contract. The return process, on the other hand, was very smooth.

When I picked up my car, the crew was amazing I believe it was eliot who helped me get all set, during the rental the tire light came on. I let them know when I turned it in and they credited me a few $$. I didn't expect it i could have returned due to the issue but i only had 2 days. Amazing work and customer service at this facility!!!

Please be sure that Trina sees this! :) I want to give her a shoutout for her kindness and care from the moment I got off the shuttle. It was my first time renting through National and she patiently explained everything to me. She went above and beyond when another renter accidentally left some important items after swapping vehicles with me. I hope to do business again the next time I’m in town!

I travel often and my experience with National has caused me to no longer use Hertz or Avis. National is clearly the top car rental agency and it is consistent no matter where you rent. If their price is near that of a competitor, you can't do better than National among the large national brands.

Always a great experience here. It's small but well managed. If you get Harold the shuttle driver, he sounds like Frank Sinatra, he'll sing the entire way to ornfrom the airport. Edward helped me as well recently when my rental broke and got me in a new car quick!

My rental with National was great. I was greeted and Aaron was quick and helpful. I ended up with a really nice clean car that totally met my expectations. However, I was almost fooled during my return. I was told by the gentleman that I have $46 of refuel charges. When I pointed out that the tank is already FULL, and that I hadn’t purchased any refueling options. He told me only the office staff could help me. So I went in only to see that there was no charges shown on the staff’s computer. Obviously this was gonna be one of those fraudulent charges and they hoped they could get away with it. I rent cars all the time and my experience with Enterprise brands has consistently been remarkable and they are always swift to make corrections but I didn’t feel the same level of trust I always had after this interaction.

Bryant's client service was exceptional. He was about to leave for lunch when he realized we needed assistance. We were confused about the process, but he made sure we had everything we needed and provided us with directions, etc. I appreciate that you go above and beyond to ensure that your customers have what they need.

Long time Emerald Club member. I booked a personal trip on the National Rental App and took the option to drop off the rental car in Austin. The price was reasonable until I dropped off the Toyota Camry and was hit with more than double the quoted rate for excessive mileage. I've been trying to get someone to help me but just getting the corporate line. I could've gotten a better deal walking in off the street. Buyer beware.

I do love how quick the shuttle is at lovefield to the rental car lot. Some cities it feels like a 20 minute ride to get your vehicle. Having status though is pointless at this location. Every time they have everyone using the executive aisle which takes away from having a large inventory to choose from. Also this location has ZERO premium vehicles to choose from. Unless you reserve through them through the system during booking you are not eligible according to the agents. This is very different from almost every location I normally book from. The agents are kind but really wish they had a better selection of premium vehicles to choose from.

Best rental car experience I’ve had in a long time! Great selection, easy in easy out. Doug was extremely nice and helpful when I dropped my car off. Will definitely be back! This is why I choose National every time.
