“Prices are a little higher than I like to pay for bedding plants, but the merchandise is very high quality. And the employees are extremely knowledgeable about plants.”
“Candles candles candles!!! Lots of stuff and smells and candles and candles. One gentleman in the back was nice enough to ask if I needed help. Three women, not so much. And little old lady and I did the cha-cha in the aisle trying to get past each other. Two other women would have wanted me dead based on the looks they gave me.

“Sweet lady and man helped me out today. It was nice to know most of their plants are grown local, so I know they're adapted to the climate.
Really cool that they have a few permenately installed plants. Such as the massive dragon fruit tree growing on-site. Added pic of the impressive growth, the yellow things hanging are where the flowers were.

“I bought a Red Ryder BB gun for my son’s birthday, but I jammed after a few uses. After watching numerous YouTube videos and contacting the manufacturer, they advised me to return the gun due to a manufacturing issue. I called Rooster, and without any hesitation, they accepted the faulty gun and replaced it with a new one. The staff is so wonderful, I appreciate their great service and kindness! My son is the most happy ?”

“I took my wife who is a plant fanatic along with our two youngest girls to Anthony’s place for a Mothers Day family event and it was fantastic. “OBSESSED favorite plant store I have found in dfw so far. Garron is wonderful and will educate customers on the best plants to purchase based on lighting needs and experience of future plant parents. My only ding is they have a wonderful selection of large plants but the variety of smaller plants is not as great. Regardless will be back!!”

The customer service provided by Kami was truly exceptional - she was knowledgeable, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist me in designing my flower bed. The selection of flowers and plants was incredible, with options available in every color and size imaginable. The prices were also very reasonable, making it a great value for the quality of products offered. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a positive and enjoyable shopping experience. I am already looking forward to returning to Rubilas for assistance with the rest of my landscape design. Thank you for an amazing experience!”
“Local, carries natives. This has been the only place I could find some plants like passion (flower) vine. If they don’t have something in stock, they always offer to put me on the waitlist, including when I got my coral honeysuckles. Very knowledgeable and helpful.”
“Great variety of plants/trees. Exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable staff. Clinton knew exactly where the trees I was looking for (Cercis Canadensis, "Forest Pansy Redbud" ) were located among the Garden Center's stock. He also knew the varities of the species and showed me a beautiful varigated variety. Worth a visit. Parking difficult.”

“Great prices, excellent selection. They had the most of pansies I have ever seen in my life for half the price of other stores!
Lowest prices on annuals I've seen so far in garden centers.
I loaded on pansies, alysum, and even found plum perfect floribunda rose way cheaper then Calloways. The rose is doing great after planting, I see many new blooms, very healthy.
Shop here first to avoid overspending.”

“I have been growing palms for 20 years in the Dallas area. There are only two suppliers in the area that I would trust. The prices at the other place are higher and it’s over in Frisco. Ismael is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with this company. They seem to have the largest palms available, which is essential for the most cold hardiness. I can’t give a higher recommendation. If you live anywhere near Dallas, you’d be crazy to go elsewhere.”
“Great place to get dirt. I’ve been trying to find just regular dirt everywhere and all the offerings at the hardware stores are like that loamy potting soil. I got the screened black dirt here and it’s great. I really appreciate how the soil comes in 40 pound bags. I’m just an average woman and I’m not doing any big projects so it’s super convenient for me to get a few bags at a time as opposed to dealing with bulk ordering and delivery.”
“Ernest could not have been any nicer. He was the nicest. I stopped by today 3/6/2025. There’s some great bonsai hobby options. Junipers - Japanese Maples - Azaleas - Dwarf Yaupon Holly - Magnolias! There’s even an overgrown area waaaay in the back where maybe they will let you dig out something for a fee. Amazing bonsai potentials and the best prices I’ve seen in a year of searching. I’m planning to go back again soon.”
“The first electric drain opener that I rented had so many kinks in the cable it wouldn't feed and the drive belt kept slipping. I got a better unit immediately with no problems. It worked like a champ and the drain is clear.”
“Ashley at Oasis and her manager were the best! My husband emailed me a gift card for Valentine’s Day and I could not find the email whatsoever. They were so patient with me and were able to retrieve the gift card code. I was so relieved.Ohhh and they also have the most beautiful shop and plants!”

However, the next day when I went to use the equipment, he forgot to provide me the pin that holds the part together ?. “Wonderful service. Today, we received six tons of sand to level out the soccer field at our school. The driver backed up around a corner and through our rather narrow gate, and brought the sand down to where we needed it. This took extremely skilled driving, and really was above and beyond expectations. It will make our task much, much easier, and we really appreciate the extra effort he made to simplify our task. Thank you for the wonderful service!”
“I've never posted a review for a florist, but have bought flowers from most of the Dallas staples. I found DIRT on a "Best of" list and thought the arrangements looked great online. Then they were delivered and I was stunned. Easily the most impressive, creative, and unique arrangements I've ever purchased and far and away my favorite in Dallas. There are flowers and then there are showstoppers. DIRT's arrangements are fun and interesting to the point of becoming conversation pieces, and I cannot imagine buying arrangements from anyone else in town. Head and shoulders above anywhere else.”
