Oakfit is a private facility focused on strength and speed training for high-performance athletes. Since 2014, it has been serving residents of Dallas, Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Frisco, Southlake, and surrounding neighborhoods. Oakfit trains athletes from over 15 different sports, including lacrosse, football, volleyball, soccer, hockey, and track & field. The coaches at Oakfit are experienced and dedicated, with a strong focus on correct form and individualized exercise routines for maximum results. They are highly engaged with the athletes, making the training experience both enjoyable and challenging. The presence of college, Olympic, and professional athletes training alongside up-and-coming athletes adds an inspiring element to the environment. I’ve been coming to Oakfit for about three months and have seen tremendous results. Rob, Ron, and Lindsay are such good coaches all around. They help in nutrition, strength, conditioning and personally coming back from an injury for me! Love it here!
