The staff is super friendly, helpful, and happy to answer questions, providing great customer service. They give a quick tutorial on riding an ebike and send you out with all the supplies you might need, including a lock, helmet, and a water bottle. The ebike comes with a pannier bag to carry things. The experience is fantastic, with a great price and convenient location. Many find it a highly recommended activity, perfect for a ride on trails like the Katy Trail to White Rock Lake.
Max & John knows their bikes! Friendly staff very knowledgeable, I was quite impressed! They carry more than just Pedego bikes, they have Hey Bike, Jason and Urtopia as well. They also have a superior repair service.

I just visited this shop. The owner Max and his employee Arvin are both very nice and professional. They have been in the eBike industry for many years and offer Freego e-bikes. This is a highly recommended eBike shop. Everyone is welcome to come and test ride their bikes.
