“First time using with my rescue boy. Is he dog aggressive. Well he barks at dogs that walk within eyesite of his house, but I don’t detect aggression, just a notice me, play with me vibe.I needed Paw Lofts because I’m a single pawrent. I was having medical symptoms that could be serious. I needed the ER, but couldn’t go and risk being admitted to hospital. What would happen to Buddy then? My friends who I would have called were visiting family 450 miles away. Paw Lofts talked to me, and his vet, and took a chance. He did beautifully and enjoyed all the playing. I was not admitted, and picked him up before closing. But such a relief to know that caring people had Buddy’s and my backs throughout this. He is welcome back any time for his good behavior. I’m throwing a Mardi Gras party for 75+ invitees in early February. Buddy will be at Paw Lofts and safe instead of trying to con people food out of each and every guest. He’ll come home Sunday played out and ready to help Daddy rest between clean up tasks.”

Lots of different shampoos, tools to help bathe, scrub, rinse, dry, groom...I could go on and on. Best of all, SUPER AFFORDABLE! The owner is very sweet and helpful, always ready to offer tips if needed. It gets busy, so luckily there are snacks for the doggies and a cute patio area for you to wait. Be sure to get a punch card to earn that free visit. I highly recommend Bruno's! ?”

“I came to this store today a little desperate because our pup has severe IBD and hasn’t eaten in days. I forgot to ask his name but the man working here (maybe the owner?) was so amazingly kind and patient. He took time to listen to what we were experiencing, walk the store and explain every food we could try, and even gave knowledgeable advice on a few extra supplements to help. He asked to keep them updated on our pet. All this while my wild 2 year old was having a moment in the store. Never once was he annoyed or put off but sweet to him instead. Ibd is so tricky with dogs so I’m hoping the suggestions help but even if they dont I would highly recommend and return strictly because of how helpful and nice he was. Customer service is everything. It doesn’t hurt that they also have an incredible selection of healthy foods.”

I’ve got my dog completely transitioning over to raw food and I’m so excited I haven’t eaten processed food in 25 years and suddenly realized I’ve been feeding my dogs, processed food. “We moved to Dallas and were looking for a groomer for our bernadoodle. Previously, the groomers would always say "he had mats" and had to cut a bunch of his hair and basically give him a buzz cut. He always looked horrible for the first couple weeks until it grew back in and got curly and cute again. So once in Dallas, we found pooch patio. They gave him the best haircut he's ever had. They made him so soft and fluffy. They left his hair with a good length still. He's cute immediately after haircut now. Best groomer weve ever used. The other amazing thing is they open at 6am and are open until 8pm. I have to get to work quite early and I can still drop him off before work and pick him up, even after a late day.”

“We came in today to do a daycare assessment on my German Shep/Great Pyrenees mix. He is a Covid dog and hasn't been socialized much. They handled him so well. Justin was Amazing! He was very thorough and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend. They offer a free assessment with a free full day the same day as the assessment. I also got this cute report card. As I was checking out I found mystery bags for $25 and couldn't help myself. Glad I got the mystery bag, it was full of goodies and included a $5 coupon off clearance. The guys at the front desk were also amazing!”

“My local HWF on Abrams in Dallas has my heart. Tonight I was having dinner with a friend a few doors down from the Lakewood location and I realized time got away from me and the store was closing in 10 min. I called and right away knew I was talking to Shea. I asked her to pull a few cans of the cat food that I purchase for one of my cats and I would run up to pay for them. I could hear her smiling over the phone and when I got there, she and Dorie were there waiting with smiles.
