“I went in just to browse but ended up buying supplies for both my cat and fish tank. The staff didn’t hover or pressure me, which I liked. One aquarium product I picked needed extra explanation, and they took time to walk me through it. The only downside was a bit of waiting during billing because a few customers were ahead. Nothing serious, just slightly slow. The shop has a comfortable feel, and it’s easy to ask questions without feeling rushed.”
“I’ve been going to Odyssey Pets for years because they are a family, locally owned business that really care about their customers and their pets. Recently I had a surgery appt at 7:30am. I needed to leave my dog somewhere by 7:00am to be there on time. Odyssey Pets opens for drop off at 7:30am. However, I explained my situation to Miles, and he immediately volunteered to be there at 7:00 so I could make my appt. Now, that is excellent customer service! I’m so grateful for his help at a stressful time. Plus, my doggie loves going to daycare there!!”

“My dog Rocky has a lot of energy, and I needed somewhere he could play safely while I was at work. I found The Pooch Patio online and decided to give it a try. The experience has been better than I expected. The staff welcomed Rocky warmly and explained everything clearly during our first visit. He enjoys the play areas and comes home relaxed instead of restless. I also appreciate how clean the facility is and how much attention they give each dog. It is a huge relief knowing Rocky is spending his day somewhere with people who genuinely care.”
“This pet shop has a good variety of fish supplies, which is why I visited. I was looking for aquarium filters and decorations. One filter I bought turned out to be slightly different from what I expected once I got home, but when I went back, they explained the difference and allowed me to exchange it without hassle. The store layout is a bit tight in some areas, so moving around can feel crowded when it’s busy. Still, the staff’s behavior made up for it because they were patient and informative throughout my visit.”

“This place is great! Let me tell you my story and how I ended up getting a cat. Before I moved the DFW area I used to have pet chickens but I had to get rid of them because we couldn’t bring them. I was sad about it, then my parents look for a cat we could get, we went to multiples and didn’t have a match, UNTILL we went here and I found a active cat that moves a lot and overall looks good. We decided to take the cat and it’s been good since we got her. I’ll add a photo of the cat. This place is definitely recommended if you looking for a pet there not in cages just free roaming with other cats.”

“An absolute “Must Visit” if you love your dog. Lucky Dog Barkery offers an exceptional selection of high quality treats and food for your K9 family member. There are many more pleasant (even necessary) surprises inside. We recently found a very well made travel carrier for our boy (that was simply not available at “big box” stores). All the goodness is enhanced by the most friendly, knowledgeable staff to be found. We now realize that there’s no need to stop elsewhere-it’s straight to “The Barkery” for us when we’re in town.”

“I have been bringing my toy poodle to Urban for years and he is always taken care of. He is anxious and they always maybe him comfortable. His groom is always exactly what we want, and he is always in and out quickly! Can’t recommend them enough!
UPDATE: We are now taking our 2nd in. He is a 4 month old shih poo, and he looks fantastic. When I came to pick up both my boys they were getting loved on in the back, they didn’t want to leave. It’s such a relief to have people you can trust with your littles”
