“This location has made me change my opinion about Petco. This is my 2nd time booking. The first time I booked in Plano my appointment moved without notification. I tried to book an appointment at the Casa Linda location but was called and told they were unsure why the system booked me, but they could take me on Friday. I then set an appointment in Mesquite and got in with no issues. They seen a photo and was very transparent about additional fees that were to be included in my request. Later received a call that my puppy was complete in the projected 3 hour time frame. Will definitely be using this location from this point on.”

“Very polite staff, clean store, and great variety. As of Auguts 2026, there's construction by the highway so the nearest entrance to the parking lot is closed. Thankfully, Google Maps is accurate and directed me to the correct way.”

“On 3-9-26 I made a phone call to the Mesquite animal control for a possum that was outside our place of business with babies. They had an animal control officer come out in a timely manner. The officer called me and told me he was on his way and showed up within 30 minutes as he said. When he arrived this officer was very professional and compassionate towards the possum and her babies. He was able to delicately trap her. He said he was taking her to a rescue where she would stay until the babies could be released with her. Just wanted to give a 5 star review for this officer for everything he did. He was very good at his job.”
