“I brought in my 15 year old golden at 9 months pregnant after my groomer had quit due to age and was greeted by the nicest employees! They walked me through the self service dog wash and were so sweet to my old boy Otis. After attempting to clean out the tub due to some excess shedding another employee came by and told me not to worry he’d take care of it. We both enjoyed the experience and will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much for making this experience so easy and stress free”

“Took my 5 year old to see the animals before stopping at Michael's next door. He loves looking at each fish tank and reading the names of the fish inside, along with every bird, guinea pig, etc. Today while there, we had the pleasure of meeting Arlee. He was working in the fish area and when he saw my son and his enthusiasm, he asked him if he wanted to feed the fish. Not only did he let him feed the fish, but he shared fun facts about each one with my son, much to his delight. Arlee went all the way down the aisle, telling him about the plecostomas, frogs, and tiny catfish. Absolutely and unexpectedly made our day! Thank you, Arlee!”
