  PNC Bank is the worst, least responsive, most frustrating bank in the U.S., with easily the worst customer service. I've only kept an account because of automated payments out of it, but I will definitely find a way to close my account so that I no longer have to deal with PNC Bank.

  All I wanted was a pin to activate my business debit card and I was advised to schedule an appointment. For a pin? Really. I was turned around. As a new customer I'm not happy

  Is a cashless bank. Greeter told me to use the virtual machine. Tried to withdraw money. Said “transaction could not be complete” and exited me outCompletely uselessThe greeter was also enthusiastic when I disappointingly asked if it was a cashless branch.Why they pay for a retail space is beyond me
