Dumb thing to be bummed about - BUT they’ve lost their vim and vigor when it comes to stamps. I send tons of cards to my G’babes, to name a few, and have loved doing cute stamps for them.

“The UPS staff here were really great. They helped my family package and ship a bunch of artwork to be sent all over the country and the globe. Many of the objects were awkward or difficult shapes and they told us all our choices for packing them up and helped us find the best options for each thing. We appreciated both how thoughtful they were in their explanations and their patience as they helped us get through everything we had to mail out. They also were fast. We were doing this on the way out of town and were able to make our flights with time to spare.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this UPS store! We had to ship two delicate paintings to Maryland, went to two other shipping places that really didn't know how to do it before coming here. The owner (a very kind woman) was working the desk and was simply wonderful, explained how she'd pack them, even promised to wait on shipping if the truck looked too full after a long weekend. Pictures arrived at destination in perfect condition, having been expertly wrapped. And the price was very reasonable for the service we received!”

“Called the store prior to arriving to confirm they were able to ship my phone that I was trading in. The associate I spoke to wasnt sure of the answer so he placed me on a brief hold to confirm the answer with a co-worker. He returned to the phone with the information as requested and I came into the store briefly after and was able to ship the phone without any issues. If I ever need any thing shipped via UPS again I will come to this location, it is worth the 20 minute drive for me for excellent customer service!”

I have zero clue on how to make sure it’s wrapped properly and protected but Wray Brown was very helpful/patient with answering all of my questions and assuring me that it would be mailed well.
