Hours: RaceTrac, a popular convenience store chain, has garnered praise from its customers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The store is known for its clean facilities and fresh food offerings, but what truly sets it apart are the exceptional employees who work there. One customer, particularly enamored with the "morning crew," highlights the store manager, Ken, for his ability to bring a smile to everyone's face. Ken's friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile for customers, even going so far as to help a customer in need out of his own pocket, have earned him high praise. Customers also commend the store's efficient operations, with one noting that the lines move quickly despite the location's high traffic. The upbeat and helpful attitudes of the staff, including the first-time employee and the exceptional Joni, have created a positive and welcoming environment for all who visit. Even a customer who experienced a minor issue with a gas pump transaction was impressed by the store's management, who provided a resolution and demonstrated understanding, despite the customer's unconventional appearance. Overall, RaceTrac's success in the Dallas-Fort Worth area can be attributed to its dedicated and customer-focused employees, who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience for all who visit. The store's commitment to cleanliness, fresh food, and exceptional service has made it a favorite among local residents.
