The person at the front desk for check in was not curtious. He was very rude. He didnt give me breakfast coupons which was part of my room booking, didnt inform about wifi details.was not helpfull at all. Made us stand for almost 20 mins for a basic check in.
Just for that one person, I would give negative star for service.

Thermostat was....not responsive in room 405. But shout out to Maholi for getting my parking fee eliminated...I'm not paying $9 bucks when I'm already paying for a room. Good grief. Restaurant food was lacking compared to previous menu offerings but excellent employees, nice bartender and great front desk staff and cleaners.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel charges much more than what was originally shown, and everything costs extra, including parking, which should have been included or clearly disclosed. These hidden fees make the stay feel dishonest. I would not recommend this hotel due to unexpected charges and poor transparency.
