However, some concerns were raised about the quality of milkshakes at the Smoothie Bar. While there is a staff member, possibly the manager, who makes excellent milkshakes, others at the reception do not seem to know how to prepare them properly, often serving them without crushing the ice well or making them look unappealing. Improving the consistency and quality of milkshake preparation could enhance the overall experience.
