The store manager, Rene Smith, was very helpful and made sure I fully understood the issue. She also ensured that it was resolved promptly. Amazing customer service!

Great help, very nice ppl. Only 4 stars cause it's categorize as a book store. The beverage selection out diversifys the books by probably 4:1
