The employees need to realize they work in retail and aren’t above anyone lol felt like I was annoying them by asking for help. Should have just went to REI.

I was looking on the Patagonia Website for a Black Hole Duffle but didn't like the colors or the prices for the winter sale. I got an even better deal from here and the color I wanted! my back came in about 3 days and I'm so stoked to use it. Highly recommend!

Love this Store! It's by far the best place in North Dallas to buy ski and snowboard equipment and clothing. They have a great selection of ski boots and custom boot fitters to dial them in. Full service at its best!
