Ideal shop to buy boots / get any adjustments done with boots and ski bindings.In particular, Joseph was kind and informative while performing adjustments.Definitely will be back for any ski-related purchases!

I go despite my feelings because it's convenient and well curated. Growing up in a retail family, I am, generally, appalled by their customer service. I have walked in dressed straight from a workout and decked out. Doesn't matter/ I get the stare down as I walk in with zero "welcome, can we help you?" I'd settle for a snide remark. Buehler? Anything. But, alas, I find it on my own and leave, always swearing never to return..,until I do.

I ordered a pair of the ARBOR Sequoia Women's Snowboard Bindings 2023 that ended up falling apart my first day trying to use them. Erin, from customer support was incredibly generous, and sent me a brand new pair (no questions asked) when I told her about what happened. After doing some of my own research, I realized this problem was fairly common with this brand of snowboard binding, and so I messaged Erin again to ask if I could swap them for another pair. She responded right away, informing me that this was fine, so long as I returned the new pair she'd sent. I had a look at the online selection, and though I didn't see the exact pair I wanted and I technically was only eligible for store credit, Erin allowed me to get a full refund so that I could purchase whatever bindings I wanted, even if they were from a different store! I thought she really went above and beyond in customer service, and I am so grateful to her and the team at Saint Bernard. I will definitely be considering you for future purchases and appreciate how communicative and helpful you were throughout the entire process!

I have shopped in this store on and off for several years and went in about a year ago and found the staff to be extremely rude. Never even acknowledging me as a customer, but thought maybe it was just an off day. So I went in this week and had the same exact experience, the lack of customer service or just simple common courtesy does not exist. And it wasn’t just a lack of staff, there were close to 6 to 7 people working and it was not busy, they were all just talking to each other. I left very quickly and will not be back.

As someone who is an avid shopper of high end clothing I know my sizing in all these brands. However, none of these brands that Saint Bernard has in stores carry my sizes. I feel very upset and disappointed. A lot of the items only go to a size 8. Can you please include the 10/12 sizes? It’s the 21st century, let’s stay up to trend and include everyone.

Came in and to find sleepwear for my wife. Customer service was absolute trash. Walked up to the cashier to pay and the main clerk walked away while seeing me wait next in line while she was ringing up the lady in front of me. The secondary clerk behind the register also walked away while I was awkwardly standing for 1min. The gentleman on the other register came over and remarked, "Can I help you?" and admist the checkout even asked if anyone helped me today. Total shocker to find poor customer service in a branded store. Never coming back.

Best Ski bootfitting in Texas. Shoutout to Joseph!!! Have had pain in ski boots for over 10 years and Joseph was able to fix the problem with a perfect fitting boot. Great experience at the Inwood location. The selection of ski boots/skis is top notch. Have also gotten skis waxed/tuned at this location and the staff does a great job. Highly recommend the master ski boot fitters here!!

I was looking on the Patagonia Website for a Black Hole Duffle but didn't like the colors or the prices for the winter sale. I got an even better deal from here and the color I wanted! my back came in about 3 days and I'm so stoked to use it. Highly recommend!
