If this is the one on forest lane then it's a very good store and the people are very friendly but there is 1 in Addison close to the hotel that I'm staying at where they were very rude to me and unkind and they did not give me my professional discount so I had to call the corporate office to get them to refund my money.

My experience at this Sally Beauty supply was amazing ! The nice worker who helped us (Juana) gave us amazing advice and everything was at a great price !!!! I'm SO excited to do my hair. Thank you !!
