Very grateful to the Salvatore Ferragamo store in North Dallas, especially the store manager Luis. He was kind, professional, and helped resolve an issue with a pair of shoes my wife gave me for Christmas—something I thought was already lost. Now I’m enjoying my new shoes and my wife is happy.
