I went there on 12/28 at 6:00pm, I have 2 spectrum phones and also I have spectrum internet, my wife's phone has an issue and I wanted to replace it, when I reached there Daisy Martinez told me to show my physical ID, since my ID was expired, I told her that I will comeback home to get my passport and it takes me 30 to 40 minutes, I came back around 6:40pm, she told me that she can not do nothing because they close at 7:00 and she has to keep the old phone and they will not wait for me to transfer the data between the old and the new phone, I told her why you didn't told me from the beginning, why you make me drive back home and come back, I disappointed my wife because I promised her to get the phone this day, Daisy Martinez is not even sorry about what happened. I am thinking to switch to another provider.

Spectrum is a good service but there reprentives that they send out to get them services dont take no for a answer. Thats why im in a situation now with them. And I am paying my bill down. Today I was at Food Basket shopping they had a stand there. I told the ladies I have a old bill with spectrum that I have to lay off b4 I can get service. They insisted that they can get me a better deal and can still cut my services on. I said .maam . I love Spectrum and I will be back with yall in January because Im tired of paying for streaming service. Each one is a separate charge with T-Mobile Intenet/ Metro Pcs. I currently hv is not bad but you hv to pay sstill for each app separtely. But the 2 ladies insisted and walked through the store with me said they coild get me hooked up for $89 monthly with free mobile service 1 line... lol. They got me last time with that pitch. I said maam I will be a returning Spectrum customer after January because I hv a balance with you all. They ssid thats fine we can get them to zero that out if you start new service today. I laughed and said ok. Thats fine if it works but I never heard of that. They walked all through the store assisting me with my items I was getting and putting in my information.lol. then at the register we were finishing shopping and they was ready and like I previously told them. Spectrum sent them a messsgd said I have a deliquent balance need to be paid. She said well let me get your number you where right we will call you and sign you up in January when you pay off the balance and remember you get hulu. Bet plus all included.. lol. I couldnt do anything but laugh. But with that being said people need to start paying attention to what you are saying instead of trying to go on and make a sell. They could hv been at home because they was alreafy packing up getting ready to leave but said we will wait to get you approved. We know what your saying but we are telling you if you just give me your information it will go through we have a promotion.. lol.. what part of I owe spectrum still didnt they get. Same computer systems.lol. See them in January and thanks for helping me shop..

Horrible experience. I was told several times today I would get an internet install today. I was told they would come between 10a-11a. I called at 11ish and they said it was placed on “reschedule “ when I did not request it. Then talked to 2 people that said I would get rescheduled to later today to 1-2pm. Then was transferred for a third time and a man said that my complex has spectrum, but my unit was the only one that can’t be serviced. I took off of work for this! Worst company ever

There is no reason to go to this store, they direct you online as they’d rather you go online than actually help you in the store. Everything you can do in the store you can do online, save yourself the time.

Chris came and helped us move our router into a different room and was very quick and extremely kind. He did everything he could to make Spectrum look great, and satisfy the customer. Awesome experience and recommend Spectrum.
