Worst customer service ever. Been waiting 30. 5 employees here but 1 man Santos (training employee) working. 12 customers on the screen waiting. I would have left but needed to drop off equipment. No communication on how long it's going to be or explanation.

Always an hour to 2 hour wait, they are always under staffed. U should have one person doing returns and exchanges and the. Other staff working on other customers. Waited 2 and a half hours to return equipment... bad management in my opinion the managers knows it is always packed and should adequate staff on hnad

They are very slow. It was 3 people working, when one was done she would go stand and see what her co workers were doing. Lady please mind your business u less they tell you they need help you keep the line moving. They are all so slow like they dont have a care in the world.

This has by far been the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had from any company. For two weeks I have been fighting for my equipment and service. There is a breakdown at each and every level of this entire company. I would not recommend ever doing business with spectrum!!

I went to this location because I was told I could drop off my equipment when I was closing out my account with no issues. One of the reps stop me as soon as I walk in the door and tell me that they can't even accept the equipment without an appointment and they couldn't see me that day because it would take more than an hour and a half to get to me and told me to go to a UPS store. Why say that you can return your equipment to any location when they're not allowing you to I drove all the way across town just to be turned away and have to either make an appointment just to drop off equipment because I no longer have an account with them or go find a UPS store. Poor customer service waste of time

I had issues with a new router I purchased. Customer service let me know that I needed a new modem. After almost 3 hours on the Spectrum store, I went home to connect it all. The new modem required activation, so another call to CS. The tech I spoke with was excellent! Took me through the set up and stayed on the line until it was working perfectly. 650+ Mbps download speed, rock solid connection and I couldn't be happier. Great job on the part of this guy. I am very pleased, thanks!!!

Very, very slow in attending to customers; you spend all day waiting to talk to an associate, which is very bad service. Anytime I visit this store, I spend more than 5 hours just asking a question. Never will I visit this center, and it smells so bad.
