Regretfully, Charter who administers Spectrum installations, is pitiful. I attempted to move everything from AT&T and quickly realized it was a mistake. Cell phone service (utilizing Verizon towers) was roughly 70% coverage compared to AT&T. I cancelled after a week of service.

New customer to spectrum. Made appointment to pick up my equipment. Get to the store and was told they ran out of equipment an hour ago!!! So, no one could have called me and told me that. Wow!!!! Great customer service!!!!! Move into my new place with no internet! Thanks Spectrum!!!!

This store has terrible customer service! I was waiting over an hour before I was finally helped while the employees were doing everything else but helping us. Robert Harrison was extremely accommodating and did not want to help me. I would give this place negative stars if I could!

On today's date I received impeccable customer service. I had the pleasure of being served by, "Monte." Very professional and proactive. I enjoyed the interaction. He was assisted by none other than, "Taylor." Equally worthy of praise. Both provided WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE.Respectfully

This is the worst provider we have ever had. Our internet never works there is always an outage it never fails. We have had an outage every single day for over a month and a half and every other day for some months now. They do not really care much about the clients only the bill being paid. Got rid of cable through them because it kept going on now the internet has to go as well I guess. I do not recommend this company at all period. Not the location but the company as a whole. We will be contacting BBB.

Pleaseeeeeee hire more people for this particular location. It is short staffed & very slow. If you are in a hurry and you are trying to get in & out. Don’t even bother coming. I’ve been waiting for almost an hour just to return their equipment.

The fist thing i was asked was my phone number and name and he proceded by going off about my internet service when i had clearly told him from the beginning i wanted to pay for my mobile service. The guy working there claimed that YOU CAN NOT MAKE cellphone bill payment there at that location.

Customer service that is terrible and doesn't have knowledge of their products and services to be able to properly navigate a customer. They sugarcoat everything just to sell their products only for you to find out you have been lied to. Daylight robbery and extortion, I won't advise anyone to patronize them, patronize them at your own risk. How do I give a zero star?
