This is by far the best apartment I’ve stayed in. From day one the staff is very helpful, kind, and welcoming to the building. The pricing is fantastic for the location and roof top view, and the units are very clean upon arrival. The residents are extremely nice, and it’s not hard to make friends.

We have called this place home for almost 4 years now. The area is great and you can walk to a ton of different shops and restaurants. We have never had any issues with management and they are quick to respond to anything we have questions or concerns about. We love it here!

I have lived at Stella for 3 months and have enjoyed every minute of it! The amenities and service are great! All maintenance requests are completed in a very reasonable time frame and the front desk/leasing staff are very helpful! It is very dog friendly with a huge dog park and in a very walkable area!
