This is a really nice gym with a great community of staff and members. I’ve used it as an out-of-town guest several times. If you need training, ask for Stephen.

Keneé is an extremely knowledgeable, friendly, motivational, and professional trainer. If you are a competitive woman with fitness goals, she’s the best!! She’s helped me get to a fitness level I thought was impossible.
