If I could give this place a zero I would ! Lazy and hateful people work here ! Where do I start 🤔 tacobell the idiots behind the counter nate was playing around and staring at drivers like we're dumb , wouldn't even take my order, the shower guy lazy as can be , had 5 showers clean and open yet made guys stand and wait for 3 hours, the whole time saying he ain't cleaning again or rushing for nothing, when I asked lady at counter she could care less!!!! This is by far the the worst TA in the country. Not even exaggerating. Never more than 3 pumps working at a time. It’s just an overall bad experience every time!

Edit: You can see the reply from the owners. The staff informed me that the reserved parking not being marked has been an issue for a long time. This half-hearted bull crap that they pull with these replies really frustrates me
I was giving this place a good chance. Managed to find a spot and stayed one night. The food from Burger King was good. The bathroom was cleaner than expected for a location this close to a major city. But then at midnight the next night security knocks saying I'm parked in a reserved spot. NO MARKINGS IN THE SPOT WHATSOEVER TO INDICATE IT. Absolutely done with TA and Petro.

It's absolutely terrible. The service is useless, the repairmen are inexperienced. They even get information from ChatGPT to install a light bulb. But they charge way too much.

This is probably in the top 5 for worst TA’s in the United States. Definitely number 1 in Texas. Whoever runs this place needs to be let go, just because it’s in a horrible neighborhood doesn’t mean you have to let this place be a dump! Nothing is ever fixed, half the pumps have been broken for months. I deliver close by and frequently is how I know. Plus this is a dedicated company fuel stop. Drivers sleep on the fuel island and go shower and the TA won’t do anything about it. Zero pride for this facility from the top down and it shows. Do better Texas

Not even worth it. You're playing russian roulette with the pumps. Key pads are damaged and they make you walk inside. How inconvenient for a truck driver to have to walk inside just to hey fuel. Especially when theyre most often in a rush. Always packed and very difficult to get out once finished. Cheap fuel doesn't entice me enough to come back.

Terrible truck stop worse one i’ve ever been to. The showers are completely disgusting NO ONE HAD EVER CLEANED THE WALLS🤢🤢so much rust and mold building up in the corners and doors. STAY AWAY FORM THIS PLACE

I just woke up this morning to do my pre trip and I just see my spare tire was robbed they just cut my locks this is the second time this has happened here the first time was on October 17 and today November 11 I went to ask inside and they say they aren’t liable for nothing no cameras Drivers have a lookout I grew paranoid of parking here since the first time they robbed my I had my truck lights on I even left my shades open I always see cars going in the truck parking area hope I’m the last person this happens to and they catch these theives

Nasty. The fact that the staff walks into the shower hopefully and cleans after every customer and sees years off dust built up on the fans and air vents and won’t clean says a lot does corporate know management is this inept. Truckers pack their lots for 25$ too park and 17$ for a dirty disgusting shower to try and take care of themselves. There needs to be more clean and safe competitors who appreciate our business.
