June 20, 2025. Vehicle is paid off, refuses to provide a lien release. when calling their number it directed me to a totally different business, and just a mess. definitely DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Paid my vehicle off in 2022 and they refuse to sign off the electronic lein on my truck keeping me from selling it. If you call them and ask to speak to someone in the title department or a supervisor they tell me that they don't except calls so I cant get this handled. Bad bad bad business.

My insurance company been calling them for the last month and a half and nobody answered so they can pay them off they are scam people. Never again 😂😂 I never seen a place don’t want the rest of they money
