The Beeman Hotel is a fairly good hotel with a reasonable price and an excellent location, steps away from a beautiful campus. The staff is exceptionally good and nice, with amazing and friendly customer service at the bar. The rooms are decently clean. However, the main area, elevators, and carpets are filthy, showing extreme dirt marks and fingerprints. The bathrooms could use an update. Some guests reported undisclosed fees and dismissive front desk staff, and noted 30.06 and 30.07 signs on the door. The pool area is absolutely stunning. While some would definitely visit again, the hotel requires practical valet parking.
My friend girls and I needed drinks real bad this past weekend as we waited for our evening flights. Very handsome guy at the front desk Tysheon greeted us from the door, very welcoming vibe, and guided us to the bar. We had an amazing time. We will definitely be back.

The staff was exceptionally good and nice! The bathrooms could use an update. It would be better to have walk-in showers rather than a tub. The location was excellent!
