Great place to live. Excellent location. The price is very affordable. Comes with washer and dryer and all bills paid. Great if your are just starting out or looking to change locations. Property management are nice friendly and respectful. I haven’t had a problem as long as I’ve been at the Flamingo Apts

I echo earlier comments about the new property manager Anthony. He’s responsive, takes action to address routine issues that have come up. A small community of quiet residents - price and location are great for my needs.

David has been a joy to work with, and I’m loving my apt. For the location and style of the apartment, the price is a great deal. A walkable neighborhood in dallas is pretty pricey, especially with inflation, but Flamingo is a good deal.
