Employees here act like they hate their job they’re lucky I bought a hat from them and if these employees are the ones representing the Mavs and Stars then it’s even sadder

I love the convenience. Beware of merchandise shortages due to their proximity to The American Airlines Center. Very nice staff.

Retrain your staff on the phones. Seemed like I was bothering them because I had questions. Nothing about my interaction made me want to visit this store. They are just way too quick to send people to the website. Sad
