“This past Sunday was my first time ever into the store. I came in at the recommendation of my sister because i needed some better shoes for a new part time job i started.
Josh helped me, along with Dev, and got me squared away. Josh walked me through the fitting process and Dev answered any other questions that i had.
I wore my new shoes and insoles to work on Monday for the first time and honestly, the shoes and insoles made my shift so much better. No more severe pain from standing for over 5 hours straight.
I think Josh later mentioned i was the first shoe sell he had and He did such i good job that i would have never guessed that he hadn’t sold some before.

“Sam is the best. I requested to try on a ski boot I did research online and he brought it out as well as what he thought would be a better fit. They have a cool machine which measures your foot in multiple ways. Turns out he was right. The insoles he recommended also made a big difference. I'll be sad to part ways with my current 12 year old dalbello ski boots but my feet will thank me! They do in house adjustments as well. The price was even better with their current sale. I also dropped off my skis to get a professional tune and binding adjusted to the new boots. Can't wait to break the new boots in. Rossignol all track hv 90 boa.”

“Being in any shoe store during tax free weekend is madness, especially when you’re shopping with kids. That said, I had a pleasurable experience with a woman at this location. Did not catch her name, but she had twists in her hair and pink Nike’s on her feet. She assisted me and my son looking for a pair of first day shoes and did an excellent job multitasking as there were several other families who needed assistance. Once we decided on a shoe, she sat with my son and helped him get the second shoe on so he could get an accurate feel of them on his feet. She engaged with my youngest who was just running around the store blowing off toddler steam. We left with a positive experience, my son was happy with the shoes and I will actually come back here the next time we need his feet go up a size. Thank you for being kind to us today. It meant a lot. ❤️”

“Can't recommend Paul enough. I was organizing a youth tennis event in NE Texas called the Wolfe City Tennis Challenge and I needed junior rackets donated. Paul had so many great ideas about our event and got me in touch with all the right people in the tennis world. And Paul and Hot Shot Uptown Tennis donated some of his own rackets to our event. Thanks Paul, your time and help enabled us to place 35 free rackets in the hands of kids. We were able to grow the game of tennis for future generations and we raised a lot of money for an injured youth in our hometown who is now back home and walking again and ready to play tennis with everyone in her hometown.
