“Sam is the best. I requested to try on a ski boot I did research online and he brought it out as well as what he thought would be a better fit. They have a cool machine which measures your foot in multiple ways. Turns out he was right. The insoles he recommended also made a big difference. I'll be sad to part ways with my current 12 year old dalbello ski boots but my feet will thank me! They do in house adjustments as well. The price was even better with their current sale. I also dropped off my skis to get a professional tune and binding adjusted to the new boots. Can't wait to break the new boots in. Rossignol all track hv 90 boa.”

“I purchased a seat riser for my kayak and the included screws for the seat riser we're too long. I did not notice this until after I had already started screwing down the screws. I looked online and apparently this is a known issue with this seat riser. I emailed Mariner sales and it's been 3 days and no response. I had to purchase a Dremel and cut off the screws because I cannot remove the screws as they were stuck in the threaded opening. I also had to purchase my own screws. Very disappointing that they are not communicating with me.

“Paul is a fantastic tennis racket stringer. He works by appointment and will arrange for you to drop and pickup the racket once done. I’ve never been to his storefront if there is one. Always take it to his residence.
I use a hybrid string setup (RPM blast and natural gut) and when I have it done by someone good my strings rarely break but bad stringers I will always get a broken string. Paul’s stringing hasn’t broken on me until well after the lifespan of the strings has passed (like a year later which is way past when I should have had it restrung with new strings anyway since my setup loses effectiveness naturally after a month or so). Racket always plays great and he is very knowledgeable if you have any questions. So happy he is available to do this. Pricing is reasonable too. 5 stars!”

“Being in any shoe store during tax free weekend is madness, especially when you’re shopping with kids. That said, I had a pleasurable experience with a woman at this location. Did not catch her name, but she had twists in her hair and pink Nike’s on her feet. She assisted me and my son looking for a pair of first day shoes and did an excellent job multitasking as there were several other families who needed assistance. Once we decided on a shoe, she sat with my son and helped him get the second shoe on so he could get an accurate feel of them on his feet. She engaged with my youngest who was just running around the store blowing off toddler steam. We left with a positive experience, my son was happy with the shoes and I will actually come back here the next time we need his feet go up a size. Thank you for being kind to us today. It meant a lot. ❤️”
