Mariner Sails is a true dealership that one doesn't find much anymore. Never graced their doors before, but they bent over backwards to contact Hobie, authorize a replacement, convince Hobie to allow Mariner Sails to give me one of their new ones in inventory instead of making me wait for Hobie to ship out a new one, and got me back on the road to South Padre Island in less than 24 hours. “I have not jogged outdoors in years. But ever since I moved near a bike path, my desire to jog again was renewed. I decided to do some research and I ended up going to Fleet Feet yesterday. I sought out Amy, who works there, because she was reputed in some yelp reviews as someone who is highly knowledgeable in running shoes. I told her about the way I land on my feet, that I've knee aches from 10 years of hardcore nursing, my slightly low arches, and my left heel bone spur. Amy immediately offered some highly satisfactory solutions and I left the store with a pair of running shoes and some other running items. That same night, I had my first outdoor jog of 1.5 miles today I jogged 2.5 miles without any aches. I am so satisfied with my decision to visit Fleet Feet and I will do so again! Definitely ask for Amy. She really knows her stuff!!!”

(I hope I got the spelling right) At about 1 hour to closing walked us through everything. From inner layers to outer layers, socks, masks, etc. She helped with sizing and was a patient as an angel! She did not make us feel silly, she was understanding and was very nice. Thank you so very much!! We appreciate your kindness and vast knowledge in everything we required.The store has everything…like everything. This will be my one stop shop for all things snow!”

“I don’t normally review stores in a mall because they can get so busy and I don’t ever want to put a bad review for staff who can’t always control the environment. I am breaking this rule because I had such a positive experience with Deja who greeted us with an amazing smile, positive attitude and was ready to help. I forgot the name of the product I saw online but when I described it Deja knew exactly what it was and brought me to the rack and helped me find my size. All of my questions got answered and I felt like even though it was a busy Saturday right after Christmas, everyone at the store was professional and on top of it! The store was very organized and clean which was saying a lot for a busy Saturday during the holidays. I’m so impressed! Deja could sell me anything at this point I trust her judgement completely!”
