TV cannot cast in anyway, try contacting the front desk and they dont know how to access or deal with TV issue, so basically the TV is useless, we cannot cast anything even after following all the instructions

Very classy hotel with great service and staff outside of the restaurant. Food offering was on target but time to be served on two separate occasions was way too long. One breakfast and lunch. Very nice gym.

What an amazing hotel!
The Thompson Dallas is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. Not only is it a stunning building with top-of-the-line amenities, but the staff go above and beyond to make you feel like a VIP from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave.
A huge shout-out to jade at the front desk, as well as Geo, Mike, Kevin, and Cat over at Little Daisy. They are an incredible group of people, and they made our stay unforgettable.

Great hotel with a great staff. Super friendly and supportive.
Location in downtown Dallas is also super sweet.
The Bar and the people working there is great.
The choices for breakfast could be better but the food is delicious.

This is about the spa, the amenities are wonderful, my massage NOT so great. Spent over $300 for my package I was lathered in so much oil without the deep tissue massage I asked for, it was rushed not relaxing and came out of there more stiff and disappointed. Please do better!!

A posh hotel with skyline views, perfect for a staycation in downtown Dallas. From the professional valet folks to the long decked out lobby entrance, you truly feel like the most important person in the room.
I was on the 18th floor with an amazing view of downtown Dallas.
The Room:
Comfortable beds (bit on the soft side). As others have stated, there are not a lot of outlets in the room and I had to ask the front desk to fix one of the night stands that wasn’t working.
The walls are fairly thin near the windows. Let’s just say I could hear the neighbor having fun with a lady of the night.
Great WiFi:
Internet was easy to connect all of my electronics and even cast to the tv and lounge.
The Pool:
The rooftop pool is on the 9th floor is a highlight, with sweeping city views and a full bar. The atmosphere was relaxed and upscale, guests were lounging and enjoying the vibe rather than being rowdy, which made it feel like a true urban retreat.
The Food:
Limited menu during off hours but the room service that I did order was very delicious.
Overall:
A nice downtown escape with luxury touches, best for those seeking comfort in proximity to Dallas nightlife and attractions.

Do not stay here if you’re not prepared to pay unexpected extra charges at checkout. I’m an Amex platinum cardholder and typically stay at fine hotels, but this property was disappointing from start to finish. At checkout, I was told I couldn’t use my $100 property credit for valet something that was never mentioned during check-in. On top of that, valet is $65 per night plus unreasonable destination fees of $30 with taxes.
I was also told I’d receive a suite upgrade, but ended up in the same room I originally booked. Overall, the lack of transparency and poor communication made this stay far below the standard I expect from a Fine Hotels & Resorts property. I definitely won’t be returning or recommending this hotel.
