Beautiful hotel and the Elm suite was very nice and very well appointed. Was a little worried about some of the bad reviews for valet but we encountered no issues. The multiple in building bars and restaurants were amazing. We even got some chocolates hand delivered to our room upon arrival.Rooms: 5/5

This hotel is AMAZING! The entire staff, from the person who opens the doors, the valet, the front desk, housekeeping! EVERYONE was great! The decor was amazing! Every need we had was met with urgency! I’d recommend to place to any and everyone! I can’t wait to visit again!

Spent the first part of our honeymoon here. Everyone was Ah-mazing, friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a perfect experience and will definitely be coming back. Everyone was amazing.
