Tom Thumb Pharmacy is a wonderful and highly recommended pharmacy. The staff is amazing, friendly, and helpful, with true professionals who really care about the customer. They keep patients informed, explain medications clearly, and provide supportive information. The pharmacy has low turnover, so staff know their customers. They are easy to talk to for questions, efficiently help find items, and communicate about stock. They do not auto refill without asking. The one thing they do not have is a drive-through option. Some experiences note that phone service can sometimes be redirected unhelpfully and that staff inside are not always very friendly.
The staff here is truly amazing by keeping me informed month over month. The pharmacists are true professionals and really care about the customer. This is MY pharmacy hands down!

What a wonderful experience! The ladies helped me quickly and efficiently. They explained everything about my son‘s medication clearly and gave me more supportive information as well as help me find other items I needed. This is a wonderful pharmacy and I highly recommend!

They are usually very helpful with questions that a customer has. When I last spoke to someone there I was placed on hold and then sent to an extension that was not the Pharmacy. When visiting inside they aren't very friendly.
