“A few days ago my 16 year old son was hit hard by a negligent driver. When I got there I saw the car and new it was likely totaled and I needed a tow. I called 2 places first, one the lady who answered clearly did not want my business and I got a time frame through persistence, it was 2-3 hours. I called the tow company that my body shop recommended on their after hours voice mail, he asked me if we could just do it tomorrow since he was pretty busy.I was really at my wits end, I called Northstar Towing expecting more of this insane B.S. and the gentleman who answered was polite and attentive. I told him where I was and that I needed a tow, he told me it would be about 25 minutes!!!! My father was with me and he said yeah right, more like 2-3 hours, and I agreed that was likely the case.However, Sam rolled up 30 minutes on the dot later. He pulled up to us, rolled down the window and asked how everyone was and if the people in the car were ok FIRST. Only after did he pull forward and quickly and efficiently get the car on the truck and ready to go. He was kind, knowledgeable and friendly. It was one of the most refreshing interactions with ANY business I have had, much less a tow truck company! I can't recommend this company enough. Northstar Towing will be the only place I call if I need assistance.Service: Local hauling”

“Today was one of the most stressful days in my life. I have a Mercedes C300 and was wrongfully impounded by a tow truck company who towed my car on a tow truck that was not a flatbed. After being there for hours and finally getting to my car I turn my car on and several lights came onto my dashboard (including my engine light) and I was unable to drive my car. I called my insurance company called Bazing and they were able to get me in contact with Relief Net Roadside Assistance. I kid you not soon as I hung up with them Rashad Davis with Relief called me asked me how I was doing, listened to me rant, told me everything would be okay, gave me an estimated time and was to me less than 30 minutes. He was so freaking polite not only to me but to the rude original company where my car was he even told them to smile and have a better day. Relief Assistance towed my car to my repair shop and due to me being short on time he told me don’t worry about it he would get it dropped off and even sent me pictures of my car after being dropped off to make me feel better. I am so appreciative of not only have fast and efficient this tow company was but the immaculate the customer service was from Rashad Davis. People like this really do make your day better. I wish I could give you all 10 stars. Thank you for taking care of the disaster another company completely created!”

“I needed some front cosmetic work done on my truck. Dealer and chain body shops were quoting weeks to do the work at very high rates. Nauman and team were able to repair the front end cosmetic damage as well as some underlying damage I was unaware of in roughly a week, as promised, and inline with the original estimate. The work was excellent, looks like nothing ever happened - the gaps between pieces are consistent, lights are seated properly, all front sensors are working. “I just want to say how grateful I am for a kind receptionist/operator/angel - whatever you want to call her. After calling roadside assistance who told me I just needed a tow, then 15 towing companies who didn't answer or said they couldn't come, I - a young woman alone in a sketchy part of town - was sobbing. I called Frank's, and Cory answered and was so incredibly kind, understanding, and comforting as I was frustrated and distressed. She said she would send someone right away, less than 20 minutes. I ended up having a friend able to come and help and didn't end up needing a tow. But I cannot express how much her kindness effected and comforted me. Customer service was 10/10.
