“I’ll try to keep this short, wish me luck. Short version = This is the place to go! Detailed version is = Your not going to find anywhere better when it comes to friendliness, professionalism, flexibility, and integrity, etc. We originally intended on doing a bed swap with a rebuild of the bed as well (Miller Vulcan 812). Unfortunately, the newer truck we bought wouldn’t work. Luckily, it sold fast and we recouped that money. Anyway, we decided to have our 500k mile truck towed to a shop in Haltom City (we’re 350 miles away) to take care of the few issues it had ($9k & some change worth of a few issues) even though it still ran as new. EdgeTec flawlessly worked with us through that and helped make the process an ease. Mechanic shop made the repairs, had the truck towed back to EdgeTec, and EdgeTec proceeded to do their thing. Long story short, I flew out to Dallas yesterday morning, paid our “dues”, and picked up our completely rebuilt 500k mile like new truck to drive home to Lubbock. Half a million mile truck and not a single rattle/vibration! Everything including the Miller bed is as tight as can be! Re-stickered it this morning, reinstalled our LPR system, and had the dollie’s and tools/supplies back in place by 5pm. By 6pm, it was back to contributing to groceries and Uncle Sam. If I had to pick something negative to say, it’d have to be something along the lines of being disappointed about not getting a 70% off offer on a brand new truck…”
