“I just picked up my Mercedes from having the entire passenger side of the car fixed.I’m very particular about car repairs… the silver paint matches perfectly, the seams are lined up beautifully & even though I picked it up during freezing temps they did a decent job cleaning it & have offered to have it properly cleaned once we’re back to normal temperatures. The owner was really nice to deal with too.All in all I’m very impressed & would highly recommend this body shop.”

“I had three door dings that I went in to have repaired. I was also shown a fourth I hadn't detected. All four dents were repaired such that there was no trace of their ever having been there. To boot, I had a scratch on the tailgate of my truck that a reputable collision center had quoted as a being a $1300 repair and repaint. Pro Hail and Dent Repair was able to repair the scratch completely, and at a fraction of the cost. All of this in a short amount of time while I waited. My truck now looks very close to what it did when I drove it off the lot new. I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job than this, and I cannot recommend Pro Hail and Dent Repair enough!! I will be sending anyone I know who needs these services to this shop.”

While the repair took slightly longer than initially thought, it was because they surveyed the full extent of the damage and seemed to do their due diligence to address all of it. My car feels pretty much as good as new, and the staff were easy to work with and communicative! Would recommend as a reliable option in the area for anyone else needing high-quality repairs.”

“This place was recommended to me after a bad experience at another dent place who refused to even look at my car without me committing to letting them do the work. Sent Touch fit me in their schedule last minute and looked at the hail damage and said they would have my estimate in a couple of days. Sure enough a couple of days later they had the estimate and we scheduled a day to drop my car off! They kept in contact with me about the car and reassured me about the whole insurance process and took care of everything. I didn’t have to deal with the insurance after the initial claim. They also kept in touch with me when they were waiting on a part, which is what took the longest it feels lol. The whole process took 3 weeks like they told me it would and the car looks fantastic!!! I love the communication and the friendliness and willingness to make sure I knew how the process worked. I would use them again in a heart beat!!!”

He explained what was wrong and said it's all fixed. The price was reasonable given other places that quoted me a higher price. “My vehicle was accidentally hit by a neighbor. Their insurance company suggested collision centers, however, I decided to check Yelp to find my own. I chose Compean based on their great reviews. All of the other body shops couldn't get my vehicle in for 1-2 weeks, after speaking with Catherine at Compean, I was able to have my vehicles towed the next day. Although there was a slight delay with the insurance adjuster, the repairs were still completed in less than a week. Catherine was professional, customer-oriented and very knowledgeable as it related to the start to finish process and completed repairs. They did an excellent job repairing & blending the paint on my vehicle. I would give 10 stars if I could. I will definitely recommend Compean to all my family & friends. Hopefully, the insurance company will add Compean to their list of contracted Collison Centers.”
