I normally wouldn’t give a review until all the work is complete, but with a tricky job; I’m pleasantly greeted by Vadim every time I visit the shop. First, he listens to what you want and then makes suggestions. Treats my vehicle as his own and the paint and body work has come out great. Still have a few loose ends to work through but I’m sure to receive the same warm greeting and good work.

“Dallas Collision Center was one of the most accommodating and communicative repair centers I have ever worked with. Melissa McConnell was fantastic to work with. Note I went to the other Audi certified collision center first because it bore the name of the company I bought three cars from. But I was instantly put off be the brusque treatment of personnel there and there lack of customer focus. They were unwilling to begin and parts order until they had full agreement from the insurance on final cost. Dallas collision had the parts in less than two weeks with no upfront payments. Car was done ahead of schedule and I was kept in the loop along the way. They are a great business.”
“J.C. did a wonderful job repairing the front and rear bumpers on my 2017 Mercedes GLS. The passenger side wheels were also smoothed out and made shiny again after hitting the curb too many times. He gave me a reasonable price and finished the job in the week between Christmas and New Years, while we were out of town and thus didn’t need to drive it. Now the vehicle looks almost brand new. We would definitely recommend Dallas European Collision!”
