“I had an oil leak in my truck and was recommended to go to this shop. I’m giving them 5 stars for their customer service. They initially called to let me know the oil leak was fixed, but when I drove away, it turned out it wasn’t. They called a second time, saying the leak was resolved, but after a 30-minute drive, I found it was still leaking. I brought it back a third time, and after a more thorough investigation, they discovered the leak was due to an issue unrelated to their previous work—but they fixed it anyway. Normally, having to return multiple times would lead to a negative review, but they were fully committed to finding and fixing the problem. They went above and beyond to address the issue. They did an excellent job, and based on my experience, I would trust their integrity.”

“Fantastic experience, there was a young man who came out to greet and assist me as I was crossing the parking lot and heading to the door. He was welcoming and helpful.
I needed a State Inspection, the Inspector was Ricky and again, fantastic. There was an issue with my gas cap, he educated me, just next door was an auto part store so he let me get a new one that worked great. His personality was kind and welcoming, knowledge was impressive and speed was helpful as I needed to get back to work.
I've had two interactions with this location over the past two years and both were above par.”
“Found a nail in my tire today, was losing air. Discount tire told me I need 4 new tires. Showed up at Collett no appointment (Friday 5:30pm btw). Ray, the employee that helped me, jacked up my car, took the tire off, and had it patched for $15 in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend. Was there in total for less than 10 minutes.”
“I brought my C300 in for transmission and cooling system rebuild after 120k miles and 14 year ownership. I own this car since new and I care a bit too much for it as the purchase marked an important part of my life and no matter how many other euro cars I have I just can never let this one go.
Joe and his tech team brought this back to life which I am very thankful for. They had to deal with a series of hurdles dealing with third party vendors, TCM programming and Mercedes policies but they came through delivering a great shifting ride.

I phoned for a quote on getting the recommended 45k mile transmission fluid changed on my Silverado, and Jason indicated that if I wasn't having issues, it wasn't necessary and was in fact not recommended since the fluid does not go bad and could affect the mechanics if changed. I may not be articulating that properly, but the point is, he saved me apx. $400 and the pain of dropping off the vehicle. Thank you Jason for your honesty and professionalism!!!”

“These guys are amazing. Recently took our car there to get repairs to pass state inspection. We have an old car and didn’t want to invest much into it, but the repairs needed to pass were going to be very expensive. We told him what we were needing and were expecting a $5-600 bill… only to have him call and say he was able to salvage the old part and only charged us $120!
Thoroughly impressed with the knowledge, capability, customer service and excellent initiative shown. Most places are afraid to take the initiative and/or don’t listen well enough to be able to in the first place, so it’s a breath of fresh air to have someone actually give you what you ask for without having to jump through a million hoops.
