“I recently had my engine replaced at Stan’s automotive thanks to a recommendation from Mack’s Automotive in Midlothian. I dealt with Kyle and Kevin and these two guys are extremely good at what they do with everything. This is a reflection of the leadership for the entire shop. Not only did they replace my engine, but they also diagnosed other issues that I didn’t know exactly what the issue was initially, such as my transmission slipping (felt like it needed a tuneup to me) and wheel bearings starting to fail. Throughout the entire process, Kyle would call me periodically to give me updates and recommendations which I am very grateful for. The knowledge he portrayed about what was going on and what he recommended needed to be done with concern of costs to me above the initial quote made me have more trust and confidence in the work that Stan’s Automotive was doing, specifically Kevin doing all the work. This type of work is expensive no matter what shop you use. But Kyle was up front and honest about everything and that means more to me than cost. I know it was done right the first time. Very happy with the job they did and can have my family members drive this vehicle with confidence for a long time to come. Everything they do comes with a warranty backed up with confidence.
