What stood out most during my truck (van) rental experience was the exceptional customer service provided by Coby. His genuine concern for my needs, remarkable patience, and extensive knowledge significantly enhanced the process. Coby truly takes pride in assisting customers, a quality that is increasingly rare. U-Haul is extremely fortunate to have him on their team, and I strongly recommend that they acknowledge and appreciate his outstanding contributions! I had a great experience. The customer service was great by the lady working on last Tuesday. The online reserving a truck was easy and helpful. The price was great. The truck I needed was available and drove great. My appliance was safe. I was comfortable driving it. I recommend this location to everyone nearby. THANKS!!

The truck smelled like trash when we picked it up, with visible trash smears on the wall. The truck did not come with a lock despite being an in-town move.

You pay for the convenience being close to the freeway. The employee, I believe her name is Ahrisha (black woman with blonde hair), unnecessarily makes conversations difficult. It's only when she's working that the C building is locked in the middle of the day for some reason and she'll make you seem like a bother when you finally track her down to unlock it.
Will certainly be moving soon as it doesn't seem like renters are terribly wanted here especially considering the higher cost when compared to nearby competitors.

First time using this location. The person who helped me was fabulous. In and out and answered all questions. I have used U-haul quite a bit and can honestly say they are amazing.

Worst costumer service, the front desk guy LIED and said the uhaul truck we reserved and received confirmation for was stolen. Costumer service on the line confirmed that the truck was reserved for us. He LIED and said other people had reserved it despite it literally being for us online and on the phone.

SO, I rented a van. When I got to the store, they told me that for the van they required in-state drivers license, and the best they could do was a truck. You never know with this things, whether they are making it up to hold the van for someone else without a reservation, or whether this is an actual policy, but nevertheless, if it turns out it is a policy, this should be properly reflected somewhere. Which is not other than word of mouth from the person that was in the store at the time. You cant have people paying for a service, showing up at a store, and then informing them that they require in state DL, it just shouldnt work that way.
