I’ve submitted a review online. I had the best experience you could ask for, very professional manager & staff. I never had an issue, my keys were stolen, I called and spoke with the manager, she was so prompt on getting a locksmith, to change my lock. This is the only storage I’ll use, if I need a storage in the future.
