Horrible experience at this location the only positive person at this establishment that I’ve met thus far is Alycresha ray of sunshine in a gloomy prejudice place. Miranda was very rude disrespectful narcissistic manipulative person I’ve met in my entire life will never do business with UhAul ever again after this incident.

Rental truck was clean and the exact size for what was needed. I highly recommend this location. The young man in the office was extremely friendly.

Terrible customer service! The lady there is so rude for no reason. She made us wait for 10 minutes, just to tell us what we wanted wasn’t available, and this is while we had told her what we came for from the minute we walked in. She should not be working in customer service, because she is doing everything except giving service to customers!

I had a frustrating experience with the rental service on the 29th. Despite completing everything online, the associate was unhelpful, repeatedly claiming system issues, and displayed a rude attitude. I had to wait 40 minutes before receiving assistance. Disappointing customer service.

I reserved the truck online and when I showed up to pick it up then for me the next day they informed me that they didn't have anything available! I said what's the sense in reserving a truck if you can't get it when you're supposed to? Terrible customer service. I signed up for the truck 24 hours in advance and expected to have the truck when available for use. Unfortunately this didn't happen. Because of that I was unable to do anything planned for the day and had to reschedule movers... Sadly they were the only option in town. Good luck if you try to reserve anything.

This is the worst Uhal experience of entire life. The representatives are never there,the office always says on property when actually he like 5 miles at another sits talking outside. I made 4 reservation 4 different times,all to be canceled with 2 hrs. Never again Uhaul. Veterans don't use this office on I75 n Central Frontage.

Steering on truck I used was very loose, too much play in steering wheel. I've rented from U-Haul several times, this is first time I've had that situation. Please check for safety. Thank you.

This place I don't know what the problem is be one young lady want to help but I don't have a driver license so I had to go and get a friend when I came back a new lady was there with her on rules with in the rules I can say it's about color but I'm saying say was just being mean that day

The company I work for uses this facility for storage. They recently reconfigured many areas of the Storage Spaces, but total FUBAR on the floor signs and load/unload area(s) are all further away., the floor decals referring to Loading Dock are misplaced, the EXIT SIGN is in the wrong place, it points to doors that will trigger alarms and the in/out door is not properly marked. VERY inconvenient for bulky and heavy items. I initially called to get help with where to exit once we go in, but I was connected to a different store at 7043 Greenville. RUDE RUDE RUDE is the only description for that young sounding male. When I was complaining that it was hard to find the exit, he just kept saying he was at a different store, no one was at the Central Expressway Store and nothing he could do. When I told him the whole place was a Total Cluster FUBAR (I did not curse at all), he hung up.WTAF!?!?! You should at least try to help me find an exit! Finally a Customer told me where the door was we could go out, WITHOUT Triggering and alarm. I go to leave I and see the lady who is working the location moving a truck, I wait for her to exit the truck, she just ignores me while I am literally standing by the door LOOKIING AT HER. I know she had to see me go into the building before she left moved the truck inside the fenced area. Either I was IGNORED or she has bad visual acuity skills. I spend more then 200 minutes on hold for CS, then I am told I can't hear you after I begin to initiate my complain, I can hear her breath heavily in a siiiiigggghhhhh, I can't hear you, sir?Olivia (CS Rep) IS THE ONLY REASON I AM GIVING 3 STARS. She listened, got a issue report created addressing many issues I brought up and was very nice!

Re-trained attendant to be informative about the equipment options at the time of reservation. Be adamant about them leaving their seat and actually market equipment and other products. The attendant at this location showed a really demanding, defensive and unfriendly personality and attitude. She didn’t pay attention to my questions, comments or concerns.
