ZERO STARS!I had previously gone to this location a week or so back to book a truck for a couple of hours. Kayla refused to give me any of the trucks even though she had no appointments for that same day! After back and forth arguments, she refused to give me any of the trucks and I left.For this booking I had an online booking done and she cancelled my reservation without asking me and made a reservation for me in CARROLTON based on our previous interaction. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she refused to call him as well. I called customer service to connect me to this location’s supervisor. When the supervisor (Gayle) answered, he refused to hear my side of the story and sided with this lady and told me to leave the location or else he would call the police for trespassing. Important to mention that I had an online reservation AND HE WAS ACCUSING ME OF TRESPASSING? To make this even worse he placed me on the cautionary list!I left and as I was about to drive away I received a call from this location to come back inside and take the truck which i had booked. Kayla had no remorse for her behavior and to top it off left the keys outside for me to pickup. I have never seen bad customer service supported by a business like this ever.I work with U haul very often but safe to say i will not be going to this location. Everyone should go to the one on Northwest Hwy. The people over there are friendly and my man Andre always makes sure I get the best service everytimeIf my behavior needs any verification you can ask the people at Northwest Hwy with whom i work multiple times a month. Andre and team will definitely tell you a different story than Kayla would.

I would give zero stars if that was an option here. DO NOT GO HERE! Kayla is the worst person ever. She discriminates between her customers. I had a white lady in front of me on this day and she was super sweet with her. The minute it was my turn her expressions were different and dealt with me rudely.

The place was open, but a sign on the door said call this number as no one was in the store. Upon calling the number the guy told me to come back in 30 minutes. Interesting way to do business. I suggest to pass this one by and go to the bigger one 1/2 mile up the street!!

Staff has bad customer service. Had a problem with my reservation. I texted/called the GM and never heard back. I called and asked to speak to whoever was I charge and whoever I spoke to sounded like they had no idea what they were doing. Horrible service!

Two storage units in the NW building have men living in them, one guy has two pit-bull dogs with him, running around the grounds wherever. Feels unsafe, I would not recommend any female go in there alone after office hours!

We rented a pickup truck for 4 hours. We put maybe 20-25 miles on it at the most and kept it less than the alotted 4 hours. The first clue was that even though we requested the truck from a location less than a mile away, we were sent 5 miles to get it. Upon returning it they told my son that a receipt would be emailed. That was the second clue. I get an email that my credit card had been charged $2,068.49. I was fit to be tied! I called the credit card company and disputed the charge immediately. They tried to say we returned the truck to the wrong location when we actually returned it right back where we picked it up. Bunch of chickens with their heads cut off! Now I have a cancelled card because these people have no clue what they are doing! SMH!!

I would rather be repeatedly punched in the face than have to use this facility for my U-Haul needs. Do yourself a favor and reserve at the one down the street and get actual service.

I am livid. When I rented a small truck for $19, I was told by the woman who checked me in to be sure to use the after hours service if I returned the truck after they closed, in order to avoid the $20 fee. I MADE SURE TO DO THIS, because I didn't want to be charge additional fees. I even overfilled the gas. So, when I received a charge for $66.00 to my bank account after I dropped off the van, I thought it was in line. HOWEVER, today, the fees have increased to $137.04, a $71 difference! When I did the after hours check in, I saved photos of the gas tank and the mileage, as well as the last screen of the app, telling me to put the keys in the drop box when I did the after hours check-in. There was a problem uploading the photos to the app, as they wouldn't save, but the app said that if the photos don't load, click "here" to continue, so I did. I made it to the last screen and thought all was well, but NOOOOO, I was charged $20. In addition, they charged me a $25 cleaning fee, which I have NEVER been charged by Uhaul, as I leave the truck exactly like it was given to me. IT WAS CLEAN AND NO TRASH AT ALL WAS IN THE VAN. When I called the main number, they contacted the manager who said he would take a look at it but "today is his day off". I won't hear back for up to 72 hours unless I go to the facility myself. In the meantime, there is a $71 discrepancy in my bank account from the original charge, even thought the erroneous charges only add up to $45. What is the extra $26 for? I will report back on this review once I hear from the manager. Someone else on-site should be able to handle these situaions in his absence, so it is a Strike 2 that this billing error can't be resolved promptly by someone in charge in his absence.UPDATE 3/16/23: Thankfully, I received an immediate refund yesterday for the cleaning and check out, the other fees were mileage. Upgrading this review to 4 stars because I didn't even have to speak with anyone about it, the GM issued the refund based on my call to customer service. I was impressed by that, however, the extra charges should not have happened in the first place. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. My advice is be sure to watch your receipts closely to make sure you don't have erroneous charges. But thank you to the GM who gave me my money back, and to the girl behind the desk who warned me to make sure I used the app to check out if I dropped the van off after hours.

Sadly, without my permission they sold my driver their insurance on the U-Haul, although I specifically denied it while booking it online (my personal insurance covers it). They tried to tell me I clicked on it online, which of course was a lie. So i reached out, yet nobody wanted to admit it and they didn’t refund it to me. I’m not going to argue about $14, but it’s scary they charge your card without your permission and try to make you responsible for it. I’ll never get U-Haul again, rather hire a moving company with their own trucks.

I had the truck for two day …..just to get a receipt from them about me having the truck for 5 days.not only that ti have all type of different charges on my account with different amount.they must be scammers because something ain’t adding up

Incorrectly charged an excess amount of toll fees for my Uhaul rental. Customer service provided no feedback or solution on the matter. Will not be using this service again.

Do not rent from this location.. This is the 2nd time that I've rented from them that I've dropped off and they've charged me in additional day because they said I didn't. I have video where the truck was parked there and I received an email stating that I still had the vehicle. Today I received a bill for 3 day rental when it was a 2 day, no one will help you fix anything. Luckily my bank will.

We were able to get the truck we needed and the process was fast and easy and the woman who help us (sorry I forgot her name) was super helpful and very fast and she even waited for us to get back with the truck, being so close to quitting time. Good experience as far as needing a moving truck.
