Absolutely disputing over 800.00 in charges my wife got hair extentions done here and they wont honor warranty and we got second opinion with a 5 star stylists. WILL NEVER GO TO ULTA AGAIN. wouldnt even fix her hair after they installed wrong! In addition color matching way off.

This is my first time going to this store and the store itself is big and has many products but the customer service has horrible I went in there just to get a pickup order the girl that attended me was rude and the guy cashier was profiling me because of what I was wearing they both made me feel very uncomfortable will not be coming back here

The store itself is great! However, the perfume/cologne here are locked which is understandable.The problem is EVERY single time I ask an employee if they could unlock it so that’d I’d buy it, they always seem to be annoyed by the fact that I’m making them get a key.The ladies working at the register are sweet! It’s the girls at the fragrance area that ruin the experience by being rude.

I asked for help with the perfume section and most of the employees were upfront talking the girl who came to us had a huge attitude she asked what perfume rudely and kept tapping her foot when I asked her if I could smell it basically rushing me. My intent was not to bother anybody I simply needed help because all the perfumes are LOCKED. I left the store without purchasing anything and went to another store here in Dallas. I don’t think this is how employees should treat customers that shop with them monthly or even weekly so rude. This happened Friday August 2nd at around 8:02. Mind you they close at 9pm so I came in when there was still time to shop.

I went in for a color match and to ask some questions about makeup and was glad that Jasmine A. was the one to help me. She was so kind and helpful with what I needed. It was like shopping with a friend lol. The cashier who helped me as well was so friendly, who I believe is Michelle from what the receipt says. I’m just a big advocate for good customer service and they definitely have that!
