Ulta Beauty Distribution Center

Warehouses
Hours: The Ulta Beauty Distribution Center is noted for having friendly, helpful, and professional staff. The process, however, can involve significant confusion regarding the correct entrance and procedures. For deliveries, drivers are often directed to check in at door 7 or door 33, while pickups require going around the entire building to a separate entrance. Specific instructions include taking the South entrance from Mountain Creek Parkway, navigating a tight path around the building without blocking any gates, and having necessary paperwork ready. There is no clearly marked shipping entrance; drivers must look for a door in a gate near dropped trailers. Despite operational confusion and occasional long waits, many drivers report efficient service once checked in, sometimes finishing within an hour of their appointment. The facility has vending machines and restrooms. Strict rules are enforced: hindering access can result in expulsion from the facilities. While mix-ups with dock assignments and loads do occur, the staff are consistently described as very nice people.
